Here at Exelby Green Dragon we offer a fresh dining experience with carefully crafted seasonal dishes. Our menu showcases high-quality, local ingredients from our suppliers' best. The meat we use comes daily from The Yorkshire Dales Meat Company and all our seafood fresh from Hodgeson Fish, Hartlepool.
We have a condensed menu, this is to make sure every dish is prepared fresh to order keeping the quality and utilising all the great produce on our doorstep.
Showcasing Yorkshire pub classics such as pale ale battered haddock local steaks & a homemade pie with ‘proper chips’ is at the heart of what we offer.
We like to use local, seasonal ingredients, and regularly switch dishes on our menu to keep things fresh whilst still showcasing our core best sellers.
Please call ahead to check any menu changes as we may switch a dish from time to time. With prior notice we are happy to offer a few more veggie and vegan option to cater for all our cutomers.
